my leg. I thought I could not sleep and pulled a muscle or maybe a hernia, but have no idea. I went to the doctor again and disappear again this year for many different reasons, and I hope it's something in the next few days. Then I woke up and had that right over my pain in the groin. really close to my right leg. Please help me.

Probably a break. The attempt to maintain a constant support and see if the pain subsides. If so, it is probably a fracture.
A muscle strain is usually not a package, if you're not inflamed.
could be a hernia ... requires a physician to diagnose and treat.
Maybe an ingrown hair? They are really uncomfortable and painful, especially if they put pressure on the nerves. Are there visible wounds?
