How do you install Heat Tape? - installing flexwatt heat tape

I want to build a network of snake and understand all this heating up. I have 11 "heat Flexwatt wide band on each container. I understand how to invest, etc., but how do I connect power to the tape? Sorry if this seems ridiculous.
